About Raj

Raj Dhiman PhD is the Chief Rainmaker and Co-Founder at Retail Strategy Group. He is an expert in tech sales having sold software for over seven years. He is a respected sales coach and has elevated the performance of hundreds of sales professionals.

His expertise in retail centers on customer loyalty programs. He sold loyalty solutions to small businesses and led partnership development with mid-market companies and United Airlines MileagePlus program.

Before his selling career, Raj completed his doctoral research at the University of Toronto. His research produced three peer-reviewed articles which bear his name. Also, an accomplished speaker and former actor, he speaks to audiences about how brands can improve profitability.
